There are currently two local programs available to help Kennett small businesses respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and closures. Information about these two programs below. Applicants are encouraged to apply to all programs in which they qualify.

Historic Kennett Small Business Response Fund – GRANT
This grant program is available to consumer facing retail small businesses in both the Borough of Kennett Square and Kennett Township (retail, restaurants, cafes, hair salons, barber shops, etc.). Grants are up to $10,000.The Historic Kennett Square Small Business Response Fund is now open to applicants for a Second Round of funding. Businesses who did not submit an application in the First Round are encouraged to apply. Kennett Square Community Relief Fund – LOAN
This loan program is available to most businesses in the Borough of Kennett Square. Loan amounts up to $10,000. 0% interest and no payments for the first 12 months. Fund are made available through the Borough of Kennett Square and are administered by True Access Capital.
