Canter Hill Farm–Grab some comfort food for cold nights—lamb shoulder roasts (for shepherd’s pie), beef short ribs, pork shoulder roasts & beef roasts for simple crock-pot cooking. This week, save $1/lb on duck breasts, duck legs and whole ducks for decadent Valentine’s Day dinners. As always, Wayne is bringing chicken cuts, turkey cuts (fresh this week!) and ostrich steaks. They have renewed supplies of lamb (grab rib racks NOW) and plenty of pork tenderloins, chops and breakfast meats. Snag grass-fed beef steaks for a quick pan-fried dinner or chicken and beef stock for braising roasts. Sick of cooking? Flying Plow Farm–Their certified organic, pastured CHICKEN is on sale this week, with savings over $2/lb! PREORDER on their webstore to be sure they bring what you need! They also have delicious 100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef available. This week’s vegetable harvest may include tender greens mix, red Russian kale, arugula, sweet winter carrots, Hakurei turnips, radishes and onions. Beat the winter blues by loading up on green! John & Kira’s (Guest Vendor)–Made in Philly, John & Kira’s was one of the first companies to take fresh, simple ingredients from family farms and combine them with fine, European-style confections. Their gorgeous chocolates are hand-painted to look like whimsical bumble bees, ladybugs, hot air balloons and more! Pick up some special Valentine’s Day treats. Their new “Sweetheart” collection of 9 flavors and colors of hearts—from champagne ganache to a dulce de leche caramel—would be a beautiful way to express your love!
Maiale Deli & Salumeria–Handcrafted locally, Maiale (“My.all.ay”) has fresh sausages with flavor combinations you won’t find elsewhere! They will also bringing a small selection of their signature salumi—varieties may include Tuscan Salami, Sopressata, Cacciatore Salami, Pepperoni, Coppa, Lanzo, Pancetta and Guanciale. Sunset Park Cookies–Fred IS BACK!!! with his gluten-free/vegan baked goods this week. You don’t have to be gluten-free or vegan to enjoy his delicious cookies, sweet breads & whoopie pies. (2nd & 4th Fridays)
Whiskey Hollow–Sara will be stocked up for Valentine’s Day, with her handcrafted chocolate maple creams (naturally decadent!)—and NEW cinnamon maple candy. Planning a special breakfast for your loved ones? Pick up some of her family’s pure PA maple syrup. Also great for meat glazes, marinades, and seasonal salad dressings! You’ll also find amazing maple mustard (perfect on a cheese plate or in that dressing!), local fruit preserves, maple sugar and more. Katja’s Empanadas–Bringing a delicious variety of frozen empanadas and pastelon (plantain lasagne), Katja’s creations are ready to take home and heat for easy dinners any night of the week! She is also baking up the sweetest Valentines cookies—order in advance for any special requests! (2nd & 4th Fridays)
Taste of Puebla–Chris will have plenty of hand-cut corn chips, fresh (and addictive!) guacamole, pico de gallo & salsa fresca. And as always, three varieties of delicious tamales—pork, chicken and vegan—ready to heat and serve. Grab a take-home Taco Kit for a fun & easy weekend dinner: 2lbs of prepared meat (pulled pork or chicken tinga), 9oz guacamole, 9oz salsa fresca, chopped onion & cilantro, plus 16 corn tortillas. When available, be sure to try the Pozole Verde soup & Chicken Mole Poblano. (2nd & 4th Fridays)
The Market is held RAIN OR SHINE. As long as we don’t have high winds or severe storms, we will be there! So gear up when needed and make a quick run through the market to support our local vendors who come out in all weather!

* Starting at 3pm on market days, Farmers Market customers are welcome to park on any level of the garage. Entrance to the garage is on Linden Street.
* Metered street parking is also available before 5pm. Parking is FREE AFTER 5PM at all meters in town!
