HEALTHY EATING THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS
Tis the season for merriment, parties galore, and LOTS and LOTS of food! While it’s tempting to spend the holiday season with a growling stomach determined to only eat carrot sticks, there are ways you can eat a little healthier
without skipping out on the festivities.
Join us on Thursday, December 14th from 5:45PM to 8:00PM for an informational cooking demonstration exploring ways to eat healthier during the holidays.
Our new in-house nutrition educator Britton will discuss 10 tips to help you make it to January without having to add ‘lose the holiday weight’ to your New Year’s Resolutions. This will be followed by a cooking demonstration highlighting healthier options for your holiday meal. End the evening connecting with old friends (and new) over a plate of healthy holiday food.
Each guest will receive recipes and educational handouts to take home. Event is BYOB.
